The Website is designed to serve as a job board where companies can post job listings for a specified duration. While the Website currently functions as a job board, it is intended to evolve into a comprehensive platform offering various services related to employment.

The Website functions solely as a conduit for the online employment opportunities, facilitating interactions between Job Posters and job seekers. In this capacity, the Website does not vet, endorse, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of job listings, nor does it partake in employment decisions made by either party. Users are solely responsible for the content they post and for their interactions with other users. By using the Website, you expressly acknowledge and agree that any liability arising from such use is strictly disclaimed by the Company.

By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services.

Section 2: Definitions Specific to aimljobs

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

  • "Job Poster" refers to any individual, company, or organization that posts a job listing on the Website.
  • "Job Seeker" refers to any individual who uses the Website to search for job listings.
  • "Stripe Payments" refers to the payment gateway used for all financial transactions on the Website.
  • "Holding Company" refers to Foundational Companies FZCO, the entity that owns and operates the Website as one of its many products.
  • "User" refers to any individual or entity that uses     any aspect of the Website, including but not limited to Job Posters and Job Seekers.

Section 3: Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By using the Website, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the Website and must discontinue your use immediately. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

Section 4: Relationship to Holding Company

The Website is operated by Foundational Companies FZCO, a holding company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Foundational Companies FZCO owns and operates various products and services, of which the Website is one. These Terms are specifically applicable to the Website and do not extend to any other products or services offered by Foundational Companies FZCO.

Section 5: Modifications to Terms and Notification

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We will endeavor to notify users of any changes to these Terms, either through the email address you have provided us or by placing a prominent notice on our Website.

Section 6: Description of Services

The Website functions as a streamlined digital job board, offering a platform for companies ("Job Posters") to publicize employment opportunities. For a specified fee, Job Posters can feature their job listings on the Website for an initial duration of 30 days. Job Posters have the option to extend this duration to 60 days or longer, subject to additional fees. While the Website currently serves as a job board, it is slated for future development to include individualized user accounts and to evolve into a more comprehensive employment-related platform.

Section 7: Stripe Payments and Transaction Details

All financial transactions on the Website, including but not limited to the fees for posting job listings, are processed exclusively through Stripe Payments ("Stripe"). By using Stripe to make a payment on the Website, you agree to be bound by Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any payments and monetary transactions that occur through your use of the Service. You expressly understand and agree that all payments and monetary transactions are handled by Stripe. You agree that the Company shall not be liable for any issues regarding financial and monetary transactions between you and any other party, including Stripe.

Section 8: No-Refund Policy

The Company maintains a strict no-refund policy for all transactions conducted through the Website. Once a payment is made to post a job listing or avail of any other service, it is deemed final and non-refundable, irrespective of the duration for which the job listing remains posted on the Website. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that the services begin immediately and that you will not have the right to cancel the service and receive a refund, except as required by applicable law.

Section 9: User Responsibilities andAssumption of Risk

By using the Website, you assume all responsibility and risk associated with such use, including but not limited to the quality, accuracy, or utility of any information provided. The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with out any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Section 10: User-Generated Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for any content, including job listings, that you post on the Website ("User Content"). By contributing User Content to the site, you provide us with a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute said User Content. You represent and warrant that your User Content is not obscene, libelous, defamatory, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party. The Company reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review and remove User Content at its sole discretion. You are solely responsible for any content, including job listings, which you post on the Website ("User Content"). The Company does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or authenticity of any information posted by third-party users. The Company expressly disclaims all liability in connection with any actions taken or not taken based on any content on the Website.

Section 15: Limitation of Liability in the UAE

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the United Arab Emirates, the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or data, in any way related to the use of the Website.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Section 19: Account Termination and Penalties

We reserve the right to permanently ban any user from our websites for behavior that goes against our guidelines. We will be the sole judge of guidelines violations and we do not offer appeals or refunds in those cases. The “Website” has no liability to you for suspending the Service under this provision.

  • If you delete Content, the “Website” will use reasonable efforts to remove it from the Service, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the Content may not be made immediately unavailable.
  • The “Website” grants to you a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited-purpose right to access and use the Materials that we make available to you.
